Terms of Use

Please read the following terms & conditions carefully. Confirmation of Membership is deemed acceptance of these terms. The club's country of permanent establishment is Guernsey, Channel Islands.

Members are reminded that they must abide by the Guernsey Motorcycle & Car Club LBG rules and regulations at all times.

Prices

All Membership and Entry Fees are agreed by the elected Committee and tabled at the AGM.

Entry Fees are charged in accordance with covering the costs of putting on each event.

Credit Cards

Your credit card details are NOT stored in the system. No additional charges will be taken against your credit card by the Club.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Membership Cancellation

Membership cancellation, refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Committee.

Any Member requesting a membership cancellation / refund must place a cancellation request within five days of initial full payment.

Member Event Cancellation

You may cancel an entry up to three days prior to any event and claim a full refund.

Cancellation and refund of an event after the three-day deadline is at the discretion of the Committee and may result in none, partial or full refund.

Officials, Stewards or Committee Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the Committee or an Official of the event refunds will be in relation to the Supplementary Regulations and / or at the discretion of the Committee.

All reimbursements will be refunded directly to the credit card details used to pay for the entry.

Insurance

Compulsary Insurance is to be paid by all adult members from working age up to retirement age, it is recommended that Individual Members seek their own personal accident insurance cover for Juniors.

Whilst racing is in motion, each member is covered under the MSUK and ACU insurance policies. MSUK and ACU will not be responsible for any damage, loss or breakages to or of any personal members equipment at the events (including cars, bikes, karts, quads)

Anyone who signs on with the Competition Secretary to Marshal or to assist at any event will also be covered.

Members of the Public and Family members are not covered under the MSUK or ACU insurance policies whilst attending events.

Members are strongly advised to take all reasonable precautions to safeguard their own property at each event as the Club takes no responsibility for damages, loss or theft of any items.

Members should subscribe to St John Ambulance and Rescue Service.
